In order to reduce the power consumption of fans, the impact of noise on the environment, and the frequency of fan failures, De Yongjia carried out technical transformations on the fans of sewage treatment plants twice in May 2018 and May 2019.

Based on the actual production situation, Dongguan Deyongjia Textile replaced the original 4 centrifugal fans with 3 magnetic levitation centrifugal blowers of Magnetic Valley Technology CG/B220. The installation of the magnetic levitation fan is simple, and it can be installed only if the ground is flat, without the auxiliary installation of large cranes and other equipment.

The fan has passed the practical operation test and has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and stable operation. The outlet flow of the fan can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to the process requirements, which greatly saves power consumption and has achieved energy saving, noise reduction and environmental protection operation. purpose.

Under similar operating conditions, the original centrifugal fan consumes about 945 kW·h per hour, and the existing magnetic valley magnetic levitation fan consumes about 500 kW·h per hour, which saves 445 kW·h per hour compared to centrifugal fans. The electricity saving rate is 47%; the monthly power consumption of the wind turbine is saved by 320,400 kW·h, the annual electricity saving is about 3844800 kW·h, and the annual electricity cost is about 2.5 million yuan.
 
 
(2) The rated flow is 140 m³/min, the outlet air pressure is about 72 kPa, the rated speed is 17000 r/min, the site noise is ≤80 dB, the outlet air volume adjustment range is 40% to 100%, the equipment is small in size, simple to install, and through frequency conversion The controller adjusts the motor speed to adjust the outlet air volume with high precision, and at the same time realizes a video operation platform.

(3) Features of the operation interface of the magnetic valley magnetic levitation fan:
①The operation module, inlet temperature, speed, outlet pressure, bus voltage, motor temperature, power, radiator temperature, etc. are all digitally displayed, saving manual temperature measurement operations;
