Background of the project:

The currently widely adopted method of garbage disposal in the world is landfill, and a large amount of garbage landfill will produce a large amount of secondary pollutants-landfill leachate. Landfill leachate is a kind of high-concentration organic wastewater with complex water quality components. If it is directly discharged into the environment without treatment, it will cause serious environmental pollution and seriously affect the living environment of the city. It is a recognized problem in the water treatment industry.

At present, the treatment of landfill leachate mainly uses a biological treatment method that combines aerobic biological treatment and anaerobic biological treatment. The operating costs are mainly electricity and chemical costs. Electricity accounts for about 40%-50% of sewage treatment costs. The power consumption of the aeration blower in China accounts for more than 60% of the electricity bill of the entire sewage plant.

The Eastern Sewage Treatment Plant operated by Hainan Weili Environmental Service Co., Ltd. mainly treats the whole of Sanya's landfill leachate and must meet the reuse standard. There is also the problem of excessive energy consumption of the aeration blower.

Magnetic Valley Technology

The treatment plant before the transformation uses Roots blowers. Roots blowers have high environmental noise, high energy consumption, and high maintenance and labor costs. With the aging of the fan and the wear and tear of parts, the air volume of the fan will gradually become smaller. The harder it is to meet usage needs.

Since the first domestic magnetic levitation blower was used in the project in 2009, the magnetic levitation centrifugal blower of Magnetic Valley has been efficiently used in many industries such as sewage treatment, metal oxidation, biological fermentation, material transportation, flue gas desulfurization, and more and more companies choose Transform the existing traditional high-energy-consuming fans. Therefore, Hainan Willi Environmental Service Co., Ltd. chose the magnetic levitation centrifugal blower to upgrade the project, reduce the operating cost of landfill leachate treatment, improve system stability, and reduce the impact of noise on operators and pollution to the surrounding environment .

Transformation situation:

Before the technical renovation, the on-site aeration system used two 90kW Roots blowers and one 45kW Roots blower, and after the technical renovation, it was replaced by two 105kW magnetic levitation centrifugal blowers.

Operation status:

(1) The operating conditions of the magnetic levitation blower and the original Roots blower after the technical transformation are compared as shown in the table below.

According to the measured data, the unit power consumption of the two fans (measured power/instantaneous flow = unit power consumption) can be obtained, and the energy saving rate of the magnetic valley magnetic levitation blower can be calculated as 35.26% compared with the roots blower.

Project summary:

Judging from the on-site operation of the fan, the application effect of the magnetic valley magnetic levitation blower is far better than the original Roots blower, and its advantages are mainly reflected in:

1. Low energy consumption: about 35% energy saving than the original Roots blower.

2. Low noise: The fan noise is reduced from 110dB to ≤80dB.

3. Easy to maintain: from the original regular lubricating oil and filter cotton replacement to just replace the filter cotton filter.

4. Easy to operate: switch the machine and adjust the air volume through the touch screen intelligent operation.

Features of the operation interface of the magnetic valley magnetic levitation fan:

①The operation module, inlet temperature, speed, outlet pressure, bus voltage, motor temperature, power, radiator temperature, etc. are all digitally displayed, saving manual temperature measurement operations;

②The historical data is available 24 hours a day;

③Operators log in with password, touch the screen to increase and decrease the frequency to control the speed of the permanent magnet motor, and then control the flow of the blower;

④ High-frequency monitoring of the trajectory of the magnetic suspension bearing to achieve high-precision rotation;

⑤The motor control system, magnetic levitation control system and complete machine control system are integrated;

⑥The installation of "Ciguyun" remote control system can not only be controlled by the central control room, but also be able to implement remote maintenance and debugging.
